El hotel es hermoso. Tiene muchos detalles. El diseño y la arquitectura. La ubicación. Es como en las fotos. La gente muy servicial. Puedes pedir cualquier comida de la carta las 24 horas del día y te lo llevan a la habitación. This is an incredible property, staffed by incredible people. We had an amazing time exploring Casco Viejo from this fantastic hotel. Highly recommend this special gem of a place - Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo - is one of the best. Luisa and Arielle were just wonderful, making sure we had whatever we needed to make our experience incredible. Don’t miss the tour of the building, there is so much history.

Wow, what a beautiful hotel. The staff was amazing, helpful, and very friendly….shout out to Orlando and Annette which made my stay feel like home. Annette even provided a gift for my pup, who I talked about missing on the trip. Don’t think I’ve ever felt so well taken care of at a hotel. Staff provided bath experiences, the hotel spa, Caleta restaurant, Vera cafe (especially if you’re a pastry fiend like I am) and bar are all musts. I really didn’t feel the need to try a lot outside the hotel. All the inside amenities were perfect. The only detractors would be the smaller gym and pool. Best to get up early to use to avoid a crowd. If going to Panamá City, I would highly recommend.
