We loved our stay at Panglao, we used the pool a lot, and the staff were very nice and helpful. Had a bit of a hiccup regarding the massage service as they wanted to do the massage in our room without a massage bed. Otherwise all good. We also rented a moped which worked perfectly for us. Thank you!

The property is nice except that we have killed 4 big cockroaches everyday in the room for 2 nights. The tv in the room is not Working. I do not think that I can recommend this property to friends.

The resort was well maintained and looked after. The room was tidy and comfortable. The pool was nice and warm and well looked after. Unfortunately; the hot water in the bathroom wasn't working and we did find a large cockroach in there too. Also due to covid; the breakfast option is currently unavailable. The bottled water was missing from the room and hot/cold water was from a shared water cooler.

Good location , great pool , good staff . Toilets are a let down , signage don’t use paper in toilets? The flushing system is defective so part of the solution seems to be no paper use . Sad as thi s would make it a far better holiday facility overall

We found this hotel to be excellent value. Conveniently out of the main shops and resort but just a short tricycle ride in. Lovely garden and pool well secluded but very pleasant. Staff were helpful and the breakfast cooked to order

Very pleasant stay
The staff has been very kind and helpful, they have a shuttle option to the center but you can also walk there within 20-30 min. The room and pool area were clean and well taken care off. Overall we had a very pleasant experience staying at Panglao Homes Resort and Villas.

Good affordable hotel
Our stay in the hotel is generally ok. The only problems we had was that there was no cell signal in the rooms and the free shuttle only had specific times to go to the beach. They didn't serve food in their restaurant (except breakfast) but they were very helpful in helping us with ordering for take out and delivery, which we can eat in the dining area. Room was very big and spacious and we loved their pool area!

I would not tell anyone to stay here, you just don't feel welcome...so many rules, the walls are paper thin, the manager with the long curly hair was nice on the surface but I felt like we were an inconvienience. The other staff was so nice but they need to find a nicer place to work, this place has a cloud hanging over it. The area is nice, we snorkelled at the local public beach, not Alona, there were lots of nice restaurants, there's lots to do in this area, but just look for other accomodation other than Panglao Homes. It makes me unhappy to have to write this review but I want people to know what they are booking.

No iron available in the hotel resorts ... WiFi weak at room .. overall not worth for the price as the location for the resort was bad although easy accessible to alona beach via tricycle... breakfast was ok but not ok for the price,... alona beach not that fantastic foods are expensive too
