Just off the main highway to Bryce Canyon sits the Azevedo Ranch, a 101 acre garden of eden where wild eagles, owls, hawks, antelope and deer abound. The ranch boast 1/4 mile of the Sevier River, a stocked trout pond, meadows, woods, extraordinary views of the backside of Bryce Canyon National Park and a huge fire pit.
No parties, or events unless approved by the owners in advance of booking.

Guest access
There are a total of 3 properties at the Azevedo Ranch. The Main House, The Apartment and the Cowboy Cabin. These properties can be rented individually, or the entire Ranch can be rented for large events.
The common areas include parking, pond, and surrounding pastures and forests.
Other things to note
Guests may fish in the catch-and-release trout pond, or in the river. Guests may stroll the 101 ac. Ranch and explore the adjacent BLM roads on dirt bikes or off road vehicles.
