House in a countryside position, it is part of a larger house divided into two neighboring houses (Mirto, Geranio), but independent, it is part of the Dammusi di Punta Karace, together with Gelso, Gardenia, Ginestra, Mirto, Ibiscus, Melograno and Carrubbo It is located in a splendid, quiet and panoramic position. The house consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a separate equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom plus an alcove closed with curtains with a second French double bed. The furnishings are simple and functional. Externally it has a large terrace, covered and equipped, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea and the surrounding countryside, planted with vines. The nearest inhabited center is Khamma at about 3 Km, where you can find some essential services. Access to the nearest sea, Punta Karace, about 800m. Sleeps 2/4
