A lovely 2 BR villa is located in Protaras, featuring parking and its own beautiful garden with a private swimming pool. A perfect place for groups of up to 5 people seeking relaxation and quiet. The green garden lets you enjoy the shade on a hot summer day and it is also a spacious kids' playground to keep your children happy and always busy - everyone will find a lot to do because children's equipment such as a drawing board, slide, and children furniture is included.

The family-friendly villa is located in a prime location, only 2 minute drive from Protaras Centre, and within a short walking distance, you will find a number of restaurants and convenience stores. Additionally, within close proximity, you can find a few beautiful sandy beaches and within a short drive, you can find yourself in Ayia Napa.

As you enter the property on the ground floor you will find an open space living area featuring the living room, the kitchen, a dining area, and a toilet. The living room has 2 sofas and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you might need to prepare your meals, from a full-sized stove, tableware, and cooking utensils along with a dishwasher and washing machine to make your stay more enjoyable.

On the top floor of the property, you will find the 2 bedrooms, both featuring split unit air conditions, double beds, large wardrobes, and large windows that will let the sun come through and fill your batteries with energy and Vitamin D. Also on the upper floor you will find the main bathroom that features a bath, toilet and a sink.
