Electric heating (additional according to meter). Courtyard and enclosed grounds of approximately 4000 m². 2nd gîte on the property. Firewood (additional: €7 per basket). You are here in the heart of the AOC Chinon vineyard, 15 km from Azay-le-Rideau and 4 km from Crissay-sur-Manse, a village listed among the Most Beautiful Villages in France. Le Colombier is the former main building of a fortified farm with a dovecote and bread oven. It was built from the 16th century and has been restored with great taste. The whole, full of charm, overlooks the countryside and benefits from exceptional silence. Near the Chinon wine route.
