Detached house in an old fortified farm (16th and 17th centuries). Breathtaking view of the Vienne valley where silence is the most faithful companion. Ground floor: living room (2 sofas), kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 160 cm bed), bathroom, toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms including 1 adjoining (1 160 cm bed, 4 single beds, 1 baby bed), 1 shower room, 1 toilet. Electric heating (extra charge depending on the meter). Courtyard and enclosed grounds of approximately 4000 m². 2nd gîte on the property. Firewood (extra charge: €7 per basket). You are here in the heart of the AOC Chinon vineyard, 15 km from Azay-le-Rideau and 4 km from Crissay-sur-Manse, a village listed among the Most Beautiful Villages in France. Le Colombier is the former main building of a fortified farm with a dovecote and a bread oven. It was built from the 16th century and has been tastefully restored. The whole, full of charm, overlooks the countryside and benefits from exceptional silence. Close to the Chinon wine route.
