Ótima acomodação, casa super confortável tudo muito novinho, limpo e organizado, sem falar da recepção e atenção do caseiro Adriano sempre disponível; sem falar do proprietário Sr. Reinaldo que nos deu muita atenção e apoio todo momento. Tudo isso tornou nossas férias em Maceió ainda mais especial e inesquecível.

A casa é exatamente como nas fotos. A construção é nova e tem de tudo na casa. Os três quartos são ótimos e ficam na parte superior do imóvel. Tanto o proprietário como o caseiro Adriano são bem tranquilos, prestativos e disponíveis. Fica a poucos quilometros do centro de Paripueira, onde encontramos farmácia, posto, mercadinhos. O condomínio tem pouco movimento no fds e tem muitas casas em construção. Voltaríamos com certeza.

excelente local para a família
casa completa com todos os utensílios necessários, imóvel novo com tudo funcionando de maneira correta, ar condicionado em todos os quartos e tv smart com boa internet nos quartos e sala; local próximo a a praia, aproximadamente 5min de carro e 20 min de caminhada; excelente praia de mar tranquilo e aguas quentes; condomínio tranquilo, porem como estão tendo muitas construções no condomínio o mesmo se encontra um pouco desorganizado e sujo, com bastante restos de entulhos; a coleta de lixo não é muito eficaz; os pontos negativos se concentram no condomínio em que o imóvel esta localizado , com relação ao imóvel nos atendeu de maneira confortável e satisfatória.
