The hotel was very clean and tidy with helpful staff. Excellent location close to the Arc de Triumph. Some nice bars/cafes close by. Room was very tidy and good quality. We enjoyed the long breakfast which was available to 10.30am although some products were not fully replenished if you came late. That however is a small point because I have really enjoyed my Paris break. The staff appreciated my attempts at French which is good enough to order at a restaurant or get directions. Lovely break in a nice hotel - but obviously we have been here for Paris not this specific hotel but it was lovely nonetheless. Merci bien.

Great budget hotel near the Arc de Triumph.
We stayed in the hotel for two nights as part of a longer tour of Europe and pound for pound this was the best hotel we stayed in considering the cost. The room was clean, modern and comfortable with good services. The breakfast was good. The location was perfect for us. Would definitely recommend it.

One Night staff is nasty . The beddings smells. Can’t use air conditioning during winter. Don’t change the water daily for drinking . Doesn’t provide proper cup for coffee.

First impressions are always remembered. We reached there late evening. Person at the counter yelled at my husband for booking only one room for 5 people. My husband apologized and asked to get another room. He smirked and said you are in Paris everything is smaller not like America. I was shocked. Next morning my husband and I went to eat breakfast (delicious) only good thing about this place. I I loved the breakfast so much we convinced the kids to get up early to eat breakfast. We walked the kids to get breakfast. Older lady came up to me and yelled that we ate already why we were sitting in there. My husband said we were only there to sit not eat. After breakfast I had coffee in my hand and the lady from the front desk yelled out why I was taking the coffee cup. I told her I will bring it back. She was so upset and asked for my room number so she could charge me for that cup. Omg 😳 Wanted to leave the hotel but we were on a tight schedule. Last day my husband and daughter were waiting in the lobby. The lady from the front desk told my daughter that she touched the coffee beans and she better not do it again. They were watching her on the camera. What the heck. We are grown adults. There was an Indian guy who also yelled Who is she to say anything to my kids. My husband didn't tell me anything about it until after we checked out. Moral of the story is that the customer service was horrible. Only thing that was really good was the breakfast.

Amazing breakfast, nice staff, clean room, location very convenient. I arrived a few hours before checking time and was allowed to get the room earlier. I was also able to walk to many places. There’s a grocery store right on the corner. I didn’t know that breakfast was included and the food was amazing!

Breakfast was amazing. Room was comfortable - small but that is expected. Bed was very comfortable. Windows were good at shutting out noise of nightlife. A/C was good. Shower was good. Location was amazing, 5 mins from Arc de T, from at least 2 metros, many mnay restaurants and food shops.
