I was very pleased with the experience especially the great service. When we checked in on our first room, we were a little disappointed with the cleanliness as it had stains on the rug and bed sheets, cracked sink, and other things. I had requested a new room and the receptionist told me they were full that night and I can come back in the morning to chose a different room. We stayed at the room for one night and returned to the receptionist the next day. They were very helpful and nice. Checked us to a much better room with nice view and beautiful interior. It was the same twin bedroom size but the atmosphere was so much better! Yes, it is quite old but it had so much beauty and history which is why I chose the hotel. The location was really great too. Food and shopping nearby was awesome and the hotel employees were friendly and helpful with everything! I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would also come back here again!

Worst stay ever experienced - waste of money
This was the worst stay we have ever encountered. The hotel was horrible, service was rude and unhelpful, the hotel had zero amenities in the room plus a broken hairdryer and the room was tiny considering we went for a deluxe option.. hate to think what would have been for rooms at a lower rate. Worst experience and we were left so disappointed with the hotel wishing we’d chosen the air b and b instead

The hallways, rooms, very dark. I think that was to hide the cleanliness. Checked in after 4, had to walk around piles of dirty laundry. The carpet in the rooms thread bare. Worst of all bedding was stained. Slept on top of bed. Would NOT recommend.

Very quaint * in the midfle of Paris. We were able to walk to most of our site or take the Big Bus to reach further areas of interests. I.e Arc de Triumph. Opera House. Incredible restaurants. But walked from hotel to Notre Dame cathedral. Louve the cadtle & Gardens of Maria de Medici. It was all magical

We were just one quick night, but Tony made it perfect. Travelling with kids is hard but it was the extra effort from Tony that finally made us feel like we were on a vacation. Also, we got to learn why the heir apparent is called the dauphin—great little bit of history.

Amazing location. So who cares if the AC is not freezing cold! Who cares if there's a stain on the carpet? Who cares if you have to go up 3 stairs because the elevator doesn't stop exactly in front of your room door? We don't... We will stay there again for sure. We had a laugh with the lady at the front desk the day we checked in, she was such a character.
