Pour un hôtel 4⭐ la prestation globale est satisfaisante. Cependant belle tâche sur la moquette dans les couloirs et principalement des chambres petites avec la salle de douche dans cette dernière sans la moindre cloisons. Peut être suis je "vieux jeux" mais c'est pas mon kiff. La prochaine étape, ça sera les toilettes dans la chambre ?

De l’accueil au départ ça a été catastrophique, rejettent la faute sur Expédia. Pas de resa, de règlement…… Pas de place de parking. Pas de machine à café dans la chambre, pas de frigidaire. Pas d’explication pour l’ascenseur, le petit déjeuner ce sont des clients qui nous ont informés. Une honte absolue, aucun professionnalisme. Je vais surveiller mon compte bancaire au cas où.

Avais pris cet hôtel pour son parking noter pour un concert un stade de France . Sauf que arriver sur place pas de parking du garer la voiture sur les contours de l’hôtel … à notre retour du concert plus de voiture… la fourrière est passé. Tu explique le cas à la réception , ils sont pas surpris apparemment c’est toujours comme ça . On nous fait courir dans ST Denis au commissariat ect .. pour rien .. tu monte dans ta chambre a 2h sans aucune excuses et explications pour le lendemain.. payer petit déjeuner 60€ mais pas pu y accède a 10h02 … Très bel hôtel mais niveau humain zéro !
