The staff were all great! The issue we had is the room is too hot to sleep. We set it at 16° and after a while it went back to 25°. This happened numerous times. I asked the front desk but they could not do anything so I asked for a fan. The fan helped us get some sleep but we will not be staying here again if we cannot control the temperature .

The rooms are very small and basic and some what tatty in places. Staff friendly but not particularly helpful. The price paid for this hotel was over priced in my opinion didnt get value for money. Room cleaning service turned up very late and so missed a day of cleaning. The bar area very very tiny and you had to restock (if it was available) your own tea and coffee and water. Not a great experience as the walls are very thin and you hwar everything in the other rooms.

Really like this place. Great breakfast. Super stall. I was in the new side. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Little bar at the back. Will be back!!!

Don’t believe the photos.
This property is far from 3*. All room photos are misleading and the rooms look nothing like what is advertised. 1. Room smelled like cigarettes and had a terrible smell. 2. Carpets in the room were moldy. 3. Elevator was like a tiny little box. 4. The staff at the front desk was not helpful at all. 5. There were 1 or 2 plug points in the entire room. You had to be a yoga expert to contort your body to reach them. Terrible room. Don’t stay.

Great hotel, great location. Request the front of the hotel (elevator across from the check-in desk) as the rooms at the back of the hotel have difficult access are no where as incredible as the rooms in the front of the building.
