The staff were very helpful. The rooms were a bit small but we enjoyed how quaint it was and wanted to be in more of a historic building. The breakfast was surprising good considering how small the lobby was.

Great staffs, but everything else is bad
First of all, the staffs at the hotel are super super nice and the location is excellent. But the room that I had was quite disgusting. First of all the room smelled like chemical clean products, and I had ripped bed sheets, stains in the bathroom, sink water doesn’t drain, hair dryer turns off after 5 second and have to wait for a minute before you can use it again, the AC was not working, and the doors to all the rooms are very close so when your neighbors open and close the doors your door will shake. If these are not enough, at night you can hear rats squeaking (I didn’t see any rats), and the springs inside the bed will poke you back, and there are little bugs everywhere in the room. Even though the location is amazing and the staffs are super nice but will not return to this hotel again and will not recommend it to anyone.

A great, small hotel to stay for a few nights if all you are looking for are the basic amenities and to be centrally located. I stayed there for a week and could have used a few more things to round out my stay.

Very helpful staff with coffee offered on arrival, allowing us to leave bags after check out, and getting taxis early in the morning for a trip to the airport. Beds were very comfortable. Big windows to open for fresh air and a view of the beautiful Marais neighborhood.

Great location. But hotel just ok. Metal panel also fell in from bathroom striking me on the head - but there was no offer of compensation just a minor apology.

Ca ne vaut pas un 3*
Chambre petite pour un 3*, nous n avions meme pas la place de poser une valise. Le gros problème est la salle de bain car il n y avait pas d eau chaude ou bien il fallait attendre 15 minutes en laissant couler l eau. Et pour couronner le tout, une fois dans la douche nous constatons l absence de shampoing... Dans une douche d hotel !!

Well located to shops and transport. Our room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The carpets were worn/stained and there was visible mold in the bathroom. Generally the property could use a little updating.
