The receptionist male during the night shift was the rudest person I’ve ever met. He was disrespectful, and made me extremely uncomfortable to stay there to where I had to leave the same night. I don’t no recommend. No fridge. No A/C.

This property was very affordable and convenient. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because it didn't have air conditioning. I went on some of the hottest days so i couldn't sleep. But very convenient to the metro and only 15min uber ride to downtown.

Exceptional staff
I booked 1 night due to a business meeting nearby. Check-out usually only up to midnight but I faced the dilemma of my flight being delayed by 3.5 hours and I was so worried about the check-in. Hotel staff were very quick to respond to my message and were very accommodating for a late check-in. The next day I needed help with travel to the meeting and the staff were very kind in helping to arrange a taxi but also check that card would be accepted. Merci beaucoup! The only thing I would mention as an improvement is that air conditioning could be installed, with it being so hot this time of year that would have been a real bonus to the Hotel. Apart from that the rooms are delightful, just right,very clean and super comfortable pillows! I would definitely recommend this Hotel! P.s lovely location too!

Simple, efficient, modern, small clean rooms. No AC, but electric fan was sufficient. Comfortable bed. Tight space for 2 adults. Furnishings: double bed, desk, chair, operable French window for fresh air. Plenty of hot water, small modern bathroom. Construction across the street. Voices can be heard through the walls. Helpful, friendly staff. Great, complementary coffee maker! 1 block from T2 tram stop. Residential area with good restaurants, market, ATMs, walkable to Bois de Bologne.

Cute Place!
Very cute hotel. Will definetely stay again and recommend to friends and family. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Close to the train for easy access to all the top tourist spots.

Easy by Metro/RER.
Although it might need another ticket at Defense go to Puteaux Metro and hotel is right there. I tried to walk it from Grand Arche but two major highways were in the way. I gave up and had to get a taxi for 15 Euros rather than 1.8 Euros on RER. Nice restaurants with lots of locals

Great location, great value.
I stayed here in late April because I had meetings down the road in La Defense and I needed a place which was less expensive that the hotels in La Defense itself. I think the Hotel Douglas was great. The staff were friendly, they all spoke excellent English and the breakfast was very reasonably priced. The next time I need to go to La Defense, I'll stay here for sure. The local area has lots of cafe's and restaurants with a variety of cuisines and the hotel itself is about 50 metres from the train station. Highly recommend.

Convenient and Clean, very frienly staff.
It was a great hotel for location. We could easily hop on and off the tram/metro. There were lots of bakeries and shops nearby. The rooms are small but that is to be expected, and you don't spend much time in them anyway hopefully if you're in Paris!

Convenient and welcoming
Very welcoming on arrival. Good condition and cleanliness of room. Facilities were ideal and local transport link 2 minute walk. Good size room with views over surrounding area. Room temperature could not be controlled however did remain a good temperature throughout our stay.

Ein sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel.Im Bad keine Heizung,es war sehr kalt.Die Flure sehr alt. Zimmer waren renoviert ,aber Fenster und Wände auch alt. Für 1 Nacht wars ok,da wir auf einem Konzert von Linkin Park waren
