One of the best welcomes I have had in any hotel from the lady at reception. Staff continued to be helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Great location near the metro and many restaurants. Room was a bit small but this is typical of Paris. Would happily stay again.

Outstanding service. Room was a tiny, but we just slept in it. Ultra convenient to the metro (2 blocks), the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triumph. Front staff will do anything to make your stay easier. The breakfast buffet and staff were the best I’ve ever seen. The only improvements would be to provide wash cloths and to provide a fan in the room (it became a little warm and stuffy when the windows are closed). Highly recommend.

We would absolutely stay there again. It was excellent. The only issue and it does kind of matter, especially when they’re there for a week, the bed was horrible. I woke up a little achy every morning, but it kind of didn’t matter because I was in Paris. 😊
