This was the perfect place to view the Eiffel Tower. We had a top floor room with the perfect view of the lights at night. Very comfortable room.

Super friendly staff, The breakfast options are excellent. The picture showing on the website about this property versus the real experience is not matched. Although we have enjoyed the tranquility and accessibility of this hotel. I’ll rate 3.5 star over all.

The one thing that stands out is the condition of the circular stars going from ground zero to the first floor above. They are uneven. Some of them slope in one direction or another. One felt like I was stepping into a hole.

Staff are so wonderfull and helpfull, Ewa, was so helpfully with ideas where to go and how to do it even the boat cruise and tge best time to do is at 7pm. Best location and coffy room if i was to come to paris again its the best location to see and walk to everything :)

It's a hotel with nice staff in a good location, if its elevator isn't broken.But unfortunately the elevator broke down and we stayed on the seventh floor.It took 8 hours to fix it.Just terrible.

The Eiffel Trocadero is the perfect location for your stay in Paris. It is within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, Museum of Modern Art and other great Paris attractions. Staff are great as well as the facilities. I would definitely book here again!

We will not be using this hotel again!
The staff were generally welcoming and helpful, however It took 3 days to repair the room safe. The breakfast options were okay. We ate in the hotel one evening and the food was very poor, almost inedible and extremely expensive. If you had 5 stars for food, we would score it 1 star!

The family room was perfect for a family needing multiple bedrooms. Loved seeing the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom window! Multiple cafes and restaurants are in walking distance as well as the metro.
