The pictures are very deceiving. This hotel is old, worn out, and very small. The hallways and stairwells are extremely tight, and the room we had was much smaller than expected. Looking back, most of the pictures were taken of reflections in mirrors, which did not accurately show the hotel at all. The staff were very nice and friendly though.

It would be best if you value convenience above all. In the summer, the room is warm even with the windows open. If your room faces the street, you will hear all the city sounds. There is no fridge. However, for the price, the location is fantastic. You are near Holborn tube, Covent Gardens, and many bus stops. The staff is super helpful, and the rooms are cleaned professionally daily. You can get a bulk wash-dry of laundry for 16 GBP.

Great location. Our 2 night stay was comfortable, room was clean, A/C was excellent. Front desk gentlemen were very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Hotel is just steps away from the Louvre and about a 10 min walk from the Chatelet Les Halles metro station, which takes you directly to Disneyland. Overall we would stay here again

Bed bugs. There's no enjoying your stay once the hotel has bed bugs. The staff were lovely and excellent communication from the hotel...but still....bed bugs. Also should mention that there has been lots of wear and tear on the hotel since the web photos were taken!

We really liked the central location of this hotel, easy to get to all the main attractions in Paris. Although the building and decor is a little tired, they made up for this with good service. Check in was easy and the desk manned 24/7. Room cleaned daily and towels replaced. Beds comfortable. Slight rumble from the underground but slept well. Good selection for breakfast.

I recently stayed at Hotel Louvre Bons Enfants for a week and had a mixed experience. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its location. Situated close to all major train lines and within walking distance of the Louvre, it's perfect for exploring Paris. However, there are several areas where the hotel falls short. The rooms are quite small, making it a bit of a challenge to move around, especially with luggage. The breakfast is basic and repetitive, offering the same options every day, which can become monotonous over a longer stay. One of the most disappointing aspects was how misleading the photos are. They appear to be taken from the best angles, not reflecting the reality of the hotel's condition. The hotel itself feels quite run down and old, which is not what I expected based on the images. On a positive note, the staff were very nice and accommodating. staff made the stay manageable, but I believe there is room for improvement in other areas.
