Not sure I would call this a 3-star hotel based on amenities. No air conditioning so sleep was very poor as street noise didn't allow for windows to be left open at night. Air conditioning worked first night, none after that because outside temps were too low. Great location, close to Eiffel Tower (less than 1 mile), Arc de Triomphe (about 1/2 mile), less than 2 miles to Louve.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! The hotel team was incredibly welcoming and warm. The location is fantastic and well located with many options nearby and easy transport. I’ve been to Paris a few times and this by far has been my favourite hotel. I will definitely be staying next time I am in Paris! Merci beaucoup,à la prochaine fois!!

The property was great overall! Very close to a lot of important destination like the Champs-Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, and Eiffel Tower. Service was amazing and breakfast included is pretty good! The only downside was the elevator not working for 3 out of the 4 nights we stayed. After walking all around Paris during the day it wasn't fun to climb the stairs all the way up to our rooms.

Great Location and friendly staff. Free coffee. Rooms were nice, quiet and clean, but the A/C, even though there was a thermostat, were not functional, so we had to open the windows to cool off and that let in traffic noise. Bathroom was nice but the beds and pillows were very hard. We tossed all night.

Staff were friendly and helpful and I have nothing to complain about.them. I'm giving it three stars because the elevator broke down when I was there and I was at Level 6, which meant I had to take the stairs every time. They made it up by offering breakfast, but I wouldn't want to stay in an accomodation with a broken elevator again.

4 days in Paris
Rooms are extremely small but doable. Bed size are double not queen size. Elevator was broken and we were on the fourth floor , not acceptable for 4 days, didn’t even offer to bring our bags down the 4 flights, we are older and this was very challenging!! Libby charming, good location. Staff did nothing over and above.

The wifi service was very weak and sporadic. Also, the elevator wasn't working 2 of the 3 days of our stay. Breakfast food was average. Otherwise, the staff was responsive, polite and accommodating. Very clean rooms and lobby.

Two day vacation. We arrived at 10am and they allowed us to check in early. This was brilliant since we flew a red eye from new York. Their honest lounge is a great hang out spot and has coffee.

Our check in was pretty horrendous with the staff making fun of our French. Also did not appreciate having to leave our room key with the reception before going out whenever. Room is extremely small but hey, welcome to Paris.
