We had a very small room no place to open a 2nd suitcase. Warm, no ac. We had a huge stain (maybe coffee?) On our comforter. We asked for another sheet, clean comforter and to upgrade the room. None were provided, in fact I was told by the receptionistthat it was just a stain, dry and clean bedding and she would have no problem staying on the bed.. We stayed as they would not provide a refund. Bathroom was small but functional. Free Coffee and tea were nice. Receptionists always greeted us and were friendly, just not accommodating at all. There were Cigarette buts at the door and staff smoking close to the hotel door... I guess that is normal in Paris though. I know hotel ratings are lower here than in Canada but I would not say this is a 3 by any standards. Maybe 1 1/2 or 2.

Excellent location with lots of nearby shops, restaurants, and just a few blocks to the metro. Very convenient but modest breakfast. Walking to Sacre Couer is uphill but great to visit.

The hotel is in an excellent location in Montmarte. The room is very small and ours was in the basement level. The breakfast is self serve and very good. The coffee is perfect and there are enough food choices to have a good size breakfast. Be sure to note whether your booking includes breakfast. The hotel staff might not receive the information and good to have to show them. Plenty of food options, and sights to see in the area.

There were a few staff members that made the experience at the hotel well worth the stay. They were polite, kind, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The room was tiny but cute. The insulation of the hotel needs improvement as you can hear everything and everyone from all floors to the stairwells. The hotel was in a good area that was near the metro and near all kinds of great shops. I cant get over how well the staff at this hotel treated the customers. Best customer service i have seen in a while. They need a raise for their hard work. Teddy was the best of them all. His smile, and his effort to always go above and beyond.

Lovely hotel in Montmartre, within walking distance to metro stations, the Moulin Rouge, Cafe des Deux Moulins and slightly further away from Sacre-Coeur. Pleasant lobby area with a breakfast room. Rooms themselves are small but clean, some of the bathrooms have been more recently renovated too. Very few amenities in the room (E.g. no kettle) but this is common to a lot of hotels. Helpfully there is an elevator but note that this is small and can probably only accommodate 1 person with 2 luggages. Staff were lovely and helpful, very happy to chat and provide recommendations about where to eat.
