I have stayed at this property many times before for the roof top terrace and the location. After bookng this hotel at a big premium during the olympics, I found out the roof top was bought out during my entire stay. The hotel is in serious need of a remodel. The plumbing, fixtures, furniture and carpets are not in good shape. Normally, I book the president suite which is not in as bad of a condition. Had I know the roof top was not available, I would have booked another hotel. And for my next trip, I will book a different hotel. Hopefully, the hotel will remodel in the near future because I do love the staff, the size of the hotel, and location.

Great location, service and staff. Concierge had great restaurant recommendations and booked them for us. The property itself is a bit dated and tired. No electronic hookups in the rooms for devices and old bathroom fixtures.

Your Paris Retreat
This is the fourth time we stayed at this wonderful 5* hotel - now in the Champs-Elyssees Suite on the 4th floor. Clean and bright with balcony surrounding the rooms. Wonderful breakfast (room service), bar and restaurant service. Concierge and Pierre were outstanding; looking forward to next stay!
