DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Avoid this “hotel”. The so-called “Deluxe Room” had a faulty shower and a loose toilet seat. The place is more like a hostel than a hotel - except that I have stayed in better hostels in Paris than this for half the price. We didn’t like the room or the hotel so we decided to check out early. The management told us we had to contact Expedia to cancel the reservation. When Expedia contacted the hotel they refused to cancel the reservation. Accusing us of simply changing our plans - they are so deluded that they could never accept that the hotel is bad - they kept our money (yes in line with the terms and conditions but if a customer says “I do not like your hotel and want to leave” keeping their money is not a smart move for good customer service). They also refused to refund the city tax for the nights we did not stay, which I consider to be theft. If you want your time in Paris ruined stay here. Otherwise spend half the amount on a hostel. Or stay in a different hotel. That the hotel response to this review will be to deny any problems and blame the customer will prove that what I am saying is true. See the other negative reviews to see what I mean. It is their standard way of dealing with the many complaints that they get.

The place is situated near Arc triumph near metro station. Near have supermarkets, restaurant and everything You need. The place is mall, bathroom is mall to, stairs are small and on curve but have and old lift. Internet conexión internet My first room doesnt existe, then they change me and was good. Place is very clean people are happy to help and solve.

Great location and good value
Very pleasant hotel near Arc d’ Triomphe. We wanted a comfortable, clean place at a good location and this hotel is exactly that. No lobby to lounge in and no restaurant but plenty of restaurants and a great bakery nearby. Desk staff was extremely helpful. Will stay here again.

Hotel staff double charged city tax. When I confronted them they charged me tax on top of per room per night plus tax estimation per hotel.com. Staff got very emotional. He claimed the tax per Hotel.com are paid to Expedia which is a lie. First night first stop of me and my two young kids Europe trip. I don't want to risk any things. I have travelled to more than 30 countries. First time ever this happened to me. Be aware!!!

I stayed in this property for about 5 days as a solo female traveler, and I could highly recommend this property! It is a 6 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and very near to the Etoile station, which connects me to a lot of touristy places. There's also various food areas if you're looking for variety. The staff were very nice and there was someone in the front desk at all times. My rooms were thoroughly cleaned everyday. While the space is small, I valued the generally safe and accessible area it was in! I felt safe walking even late at night.

The hotel is a traditional Paris hotel. The room was very clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bedding felt comfortable and clean. The Air Conditioning work great but it did had some water falling down from it when in use. The bathroom was clean and spacious, the shower needs some fixing but nothing major. The location is great is near the Arc de Triomphe and the Metro Train Station. There are many dining places and super markets near.
