We just finished our trip to Paris and stayed at Le Burgundy hotel. The hotel is absolutely perfect in all aspects. The location is central, but on a quiet street, rooms are clean and their design is impressive. The beds are comfortable, the water pressure is great. Everything works perfectly. There are even some free drinks in the refrigerator. We were met this fresh flowers, a bottles of wine, macaroons and snacks. In addition, the included breakfast is super yummy and it includes everything needed. The spa on the first floor has a great pool suitable for exercising. It also has sauna and steam room. There are always a lot of people working in Reception so never ever I had to wait. Two very helpful doormen are helping this taxes, Ubers, luggage, and directions. All personnel are super nice, kind and eager to help. Overall our stay at Le Burgundy was very much above our expectations and we’ll stay there again when in Paris.

The hotel is located on a small street close to all important museums and two metro stations. Inside the hotel looks modern and luxurious. Both rooms we rented were spacious and clean. There was a welcome basket of snack and wine. Every night there was a tasty surprise. The staff couldn’t be more attentive and kind. They did all possible to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Also the spa area has a great pool and sauna.

Baby Moon

This was part two of our baby moon. The staff was very kind and quick at service to bring us additional towels. However, I would describe the hotel as a 2/3 star hotel due to the condition of our not only room but suite. There was tons of black MOLD all in the shower. We noticed it first thing. Even if you couldn’t see you can immediately smell it. Although you can clearly see black mold lining the shower walls and ceiling. I understand bathrooms are hard to keep clean but you could tell the mold had been growing for quite some time they just stopped trying to get rid of it. I expect atleast a clean bathroom in a 5 star hotel suite. That is my main complaint as I am pregnant I can only imagine how much harm breathing in mold has caused me. Although no one should have to breathe in black mold on a vacation. The hotel is definitely due for an update as it still has carpet floors and fabric beds which are known to be bedbug spreaders. The location was excellent would highly recommend the area overall I would just chose a different hotel.

This is a beautifully appointed hotel and is very well located. The staff is very professional and courteous. The only negative is that one cannot blow dry their hair in the washroom but rather one has to open the closet door where there is a mirror, etc.-very uncomfortable.
