We had a bad experience at check out. We were not provided with the bill correctly. I decided to pay the requested amount because I was in a hurry to go to the airport. This was a fine hotel to stay at for night. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. The design is a bit odd with a weird bathroom door that doesn’t close well. We also had issues getting some things for the room- we called twice for water and a bottle opener (for the water which was supposed to be in the room) and it never came up. We eventually had to go down to the concierge a few hours later to request it.

Hotel experience has degraded since we started visiting last year. It's not super clean, the service wants to be 5-stars but it fails to deliver mainly because of the infrastructure in the rooms and hotel. It feels more lika. 4-star hotel.
