The entrance is a little bit hazard, short steps on angle stair it was difficult to manage luggage. Mattress was stiff to sleep on it, uncomfortable.

Christmas in Paris
Location is amazing; walkable and accessible to everything. We had a family of 4 (one teen and one 7) and none of us are petite. The place is as advertised; small but with some creative use of closets and putting everything away, we were comfortable for the week. The place was clean, great little kitchenette and we loved the shower… all small but important things. Access was easy and owner seemed more than accessible despite having no need to contact him. Only small suggestion would be different or more comfortable pillows for sleeping. Would happily return there again.

Wonderful and cozy flat in the Latin Quarter
Maikel was a great host! We stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The flat is cozy for 4 adults but makes the most of the space. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location with close proximity to Notre Dame. Very clean, updated flat. We were a little surprised with upstairs sleeping area as it was tight for space but comfortable bed otherwise. Communication with host was prompt. Would recommend to others via Paris!

Latin Quarter gem
The loft apartment we stayed in during our visit could not have been a better location. It was three blocks from our daughter that is a student there. Notre Dame was just around the corner. It was in a courtyard and it was a quiet little cave on the first floor.

Great Location
Perfect location to explore the city. The apartment is cute. The stairs once you walk in front door are small and narrow, doesn’t take away from apartment at all just something to be cautious of for those that have trouble up and down. Loved the place, cozy and great spot to come back to after a long day. The area is very quiet! No complaints at all.

The space is smaller than expected. But that seems to be normal for Paris. The hot water heater motor died while we were there. Can’t blame the owner, but an inconvenience. The site was close to the Seine, and museums, Notre Dame, etc. The owner communicated and wanted to be helpful.

Almost perfect
The property itself is cute and though small it was adequate for a short stay. We stayed there four nights. I would have loved to rate it 5 stars; however, 3 of the 4 nights we did not have hot water. The host was very responsive and tried to fix the problem quickly, but with it being the weekend, the hot water wasn’t fixed until Tuesday. We left on Wednesday. We ended up renting a hotel on Monday night just to be able to take a hot shower. Again, the host was very helpful and responsive in trying to fix the problem it just took a few days for the problem to be fixed. There is a portable air conditioner that did the job and we felt comfortable sleeping at night, but it could get a little warm during the day. Overall, even though we didn’t have hot water most of our stay, we would stay here again. It was clean and walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and the metro. The hosts were fantastic and we would recommend this place to our friends and family.

So the location is super super good, for a family of 4 (big kids) is a little to small but we manage to have a terrific stay. The communication with our host was great and even thought we had some furniture problem we were able to enjoy to 100%... we are easy to pleased travelers

Hideaway in the heart of St. Germain
The property was exactly as advertised. It's in a quiet courtyard, but you're a few steps away from dozens of restaurants and shops. It was perfect for two people. However, with two large suitcases, it was a little crowded, although we were really in the apartment to sleep. We had a minor issue with the wi-fi that was quickly resolved with the help of the property management team. They were awesome. I recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great location and very responsive host!
This apartment is conveniently located I. The sixth arrondissement. So many dining options and very close to the metro. The unit was tidy and actually very quiet. It did get warm in the apt, even in the winter, but it was manageable by opening the window. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi the first few days, but Mikhail and Dylan were very responsive. It was fixed by the second day, so would have appreciated a quicker, more reliable Wi-Fi connection during our stay since we relied on it for messaging family and friends. All around great experience!

This is a nice cozy little unit. Despite it being fairly busy in the neighbourhood (especially on weekends),we felt safe in the community and it was surprisingly quiet despite the activity level nearby. It's a good spot to be close to sights and easy to jump on the subway and navigate around the area (to/from train stations, etc.) The host was very responsive and helped to provide supplemental information where needed. I would recommend this space for two travelling together (any more would like be too tight.) We really enjoyed our stay!

Great apartment!
This little place was perfect for two people (friends), beds are comfortable and shower is fabulous! Our host was amazing, he communicated with me from pre-booking right through to checkout. Extremely accommodating, responsive and as pleasant as you could ever want. The apartment is in a great location, restaurants are right outside your door, and the metro, train and water taxi stops are within one or two blocks. It's right "in the middle" so to speak, to easy to access all of paris. We were very happy with our choice and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cute, comfortable place. I'd definitely stay there again!

Maikel's Latin Quarter Flat
You won't find a more attentive VRBO owner than Maikel. She communicated with us throughout our 3-day stay in Paris and truly wanted to ensure we had a great time! Her flat is located in the heart of the Paris Latin Quarter. You are literally steps from hundreds of restaurants and shops and a short walk to most of the attractions tourists visit. The Metro stop is a two-minute walk from the flat. The flat is an efficiency on 3 levels which worked well for us, but could be an issue for someone with mobility limitations. For example, you have to climb into the loft where the king bed is located and duck your head since the ceiling is low. Future renters should know that while the flat has two fans, it does not have air conditioning. Mornings in the apartment were cool, but evenings were warm since it was a hotter than normal early October. We would definitely stay there again and would appreciate it if Maikel would add some coffee pods in the apartment so we could get a cup before heading out to eat the best almond croissants at a nearby bakery.
