Frienly and very helpful staff. Great location and proximity to airport and shopping center. Good transportation management and booking procedure at the reception. Room was clean but needs a bit of renovation. Breakfast could have been better. Would /will stay again

Make sure to tell your driver you are going Novotel convention. Our driver told us to walk and we arrived at Novotel by terminal (wrong location. The hotel is absolutely fine for the purpose, nice room, nice bar, swimming pool, gym. We loved the breakfast, great selection of food for every taste. Definitely, will choose them to stay again.

What you see with hotel rating did not match.
Rooms was cramped Iron board next to reception. We were requested to come with clothes to iron in lobby. I checked that twice and was surprised Hair dryer was broken looks like it was invented long back.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The enterance and reception area look exactly as on the photos but the rooms are very old, dirty old carpets, not so comfortable as you only given 2 pillows per room. Needs major improvements on there rooms.

I’ve stayed in this hotel many many times but the amenities have changed and it’s in need of a makeover. The rooms are adequate but need a freshen up to be more what is expected from a Novotel. The food in the restaurant was good and service was excellent and attentive.

Great stay two nights stay! Nice for the kids (yound and older) to play downstairs. Fitness and pool in great shape and a very good restaurant to eat. Receptionist Cloé was very helpfull and provided a great hospitality service. See you again Novotel CDG!

Front Desk was Courteous and tried to be helpful. Althoughth we prepaid throigh Orbitz they claimed they were not paid and insisted on getting paid ( four rooms ,a higher rate than orbitz!!...trying to sort it out afterwards was a headache). . This is a subpar three star hotel . Lights are activated by movement and switch off fast. Ac is regulated to within three degrees so room is hot. only two bath towels. Rooms very simple.
