The concierge was wonderful. Let our kids eat breakfast before we checked in, and had our room ready early! It was a comfortable stay right by the airport. Good for a quick stop after arriving in France.

It is concerning that the transportation service from the airport is limited to Terminal 3 and operates only every half hour. This inconvenience resulted in an extensive walk through the vast airport premises, compounded by the need to transfer terminals via the air train. An alternative option, such as taking a taxi, would have incurred a minimal additional cost of $2 (without the requirement for pre-booking) and would have significantly reduced the distance traveled on foot, eliminating the need to navigate the terminals while carrying luggage.

This hotel was vile. It smelled like pee and the water out of the tap was brown. Honestly there were wet spots on the bed, cups had crusted brown on the bottom, stains on the carpet, and gaps between the mattress. Do not stay here.

The room did not appear to be cleaned prior to our arrival. The toilet was dirty, both mirrors were splattered and the carpet was filthy with pretzel crumbs and garbage on the floor. Towels and other linens were not neatly folded prompting us to question if they were fresh. There was a bottle of cleaning solution left out on the table and none of the garbages were lined. Quite disappointing.

Staff was very nice. The gentleman on night shift was kind enough to make us pizzas after all restaurants in walking distance were closed. We got the family room amd it was nice to have the yoilet sepate from the shower.
