This accommodation is in the town of Malakoff (Department Hauts-de-Seine).
Malakoff is separated from Paris by the ring road, passable at the gates of Vanves, Didot and Châtillon.
The D 906 delimits the town to the east, and several departmental roads cross the town in its width like the D 50.
Malakoff is crossed by the Coulée verte du Sud parisien which takes up part of the via Turonensis, one of the four pilgrimage routes in France to Santiago de Compostela.

Indeed, the Coulée verte du Sud parisien, which starts from the Place de Catalunya in Paris and goes as far as Massy, runs alongside the LGV Atlantique in Malakoff.

- Bus 89: from Vanves-Malakoff station, this bus provides direct access to Montparnasse station, the Panthéon, and Austerlitz station.
- Metro line 13: the Malakoff Rue Etienne Dolet station is a 13-minute walk from the house and provides direct access to Montparnasse station, the Champs-Elysées and the Austerlitz guard.
