Very accommodating proprietors, sweet little house
Due to the early arrival of our flight, Denis and Annemagret allowed us to check in before the normal time. When we arrived, there were fresh flowers in a vase waiting for us as well as fresh fruit, juice and 2 liters of Evian! The house is charming. It’s location is very safe and convenient. The prime minister’s residence is only a few blocks away, so plenty of police are around. Lots of bistros, cafes in the area, a boulangerie right across the street and Le Bon Marche nearby. The beds are upstairs. If you are older, it’s a bit difficult to drag your luggage up there on a winding staircase, but we managed. The house has everything you need for your stay. Denis was very helpful in providing us with any information we might need, and he checked in with us several times during our stay to see how we were doing. I wish we could have stayed longer.

beautiful location and wonderful place to stay
this was our bucket list vacation. our hosts Denis and Annagrettte were amazing and very helpful, contacted us a few times to see if we needed anything, recommendations from food to museums. The Vrbo has all the maps, books and anything else about Paris you could need. The location is perfect we were able to walk to transportation, Eiffel tower, multiple cafe's, bakeries, coffee shops, crepes and more. The Vrbo itself is very welcoming, we were very comfortable and happy with the amenities, the court yard is a cute extention of the place. nice size bathroom and cozy living and kitchen area. We would highly recommend staying here.

My two young adult children (21 and 17) stayed here while visiting Paris. Communication with Denis was phenomenal. He had the kids message him when they left the airport and met them when they arrived. The kids were delighted with the “chateau”. My daughter said “ the house is charming and the perfect size for two or three people because there are two beds and a couch. The kitchen has an espresso machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, so everything you need. Denis left us juice in the fridge, and he made sure we were comfortable and gave us recommendations for what to see in Paris. The neighborhood is in a good location, lots of good restaurants around, a good boulangerie right down the street, close to a lot of metro stops. Denis is very considerate and provided us with everything we needed to have a good week in Paris”. We will definitely be staying here again

Parisian experience
We spent 5 nights at this Paris rental and felt like we were part of the neighborhood. The experience was exceptional beginning to end. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, with recommendations for places to visit as well as basic getting around advice. We walked to all the places we visited (including Paralympic venues) and enjoyed the very comfortable rental and nearby restaurants at the end of the day. A wonderful Parisian experience!

Great Space in Quiet Neighborhood
My daughter and I stayed here for almost a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. The neighborhood is quiet (feels more residential than touristy) and safe. The bus and metro are very close which allowed us to get to all the places we desired to go very easily. A bodega is next door and multiple restaurants are just a few doors down. We loved getting croissants and coffee at the bakery just down the street. So fresh and so good! Denis was great to work with and always answered my questions very quickly. As an English speaking person, it would have been helpful if the book of information wasn’t just in French and if there had been more information about getting in and out of the main door. But those things were very minor and I would certainly stay here again. It was so nice having a little more space to stretch out and relax after a busy day in the city!

Great little spot!
Great little compact apartment in the heart of Paris! Supermarket, bakery and restaurants all just outside the front door. It was so cool and what we needed as Paris was experiencing a heatwave. Best thing is it’s so quiet. Denis and Annegret are the kindest and loveliest people!

Best stay
The stay at this location could not have been better. The hosts met us at the door at arrival. There was fresh fruit waiting for us as well. They gave us ideas of places to go, how to find metro and even arranged an activity for us. The communication was excellent. Everything in the apt was well thought out and well provided including adapters and tea and coffee for the espresso machine. With just a short walk to two metros, bakery just a few doors down and a mini store next door this is the perfect location for your stay!

This property is in a perfect location. We walked everywhere & were happy to return at the end of our days to our cozy home. It’s a very quiet and safe location close to an excellent bakery, a variety of restaurants plus a grocery store- all important facilities for two teenagers! I will definitely recommend this property to other family & friends.

Little Château in The Heart Of Paris
Traveling with a good friend, this was the perfect place to stay. You cannot ask more for the location and convenience !! The “château” was cozy and clean, just right size for two of us. We had little trouble with the doors, closing/opening the door was little tricky by turning a key but after few days, my friend master the process. It may be just me that I usually have difficulty with hotel pillows to fall a sleep. Two pillows were not comfortable for me, I had to use my down jacket for a pillow. Nevertheless, those are minor issues. We tremendously enjoyed our stay. Also it was our pleasure meeting with Denis and Annegret. They are just wonderful and such helpful landlords. This was the most memorable Paris trip ever, it’s lot to do with where we stayed.

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet tucked away little escape in the middle of Paris. We stayed there with our boys ages 11 & 12. The hosts were lovely and welcoming - great communication prior and during our stay. Location was fantastic, after a busy day of sightseeing, it was so nice to return to this quiet little place with some nice places to eat right on it’s doorstep!

Quiet flat in the heart of Paris!
Absolutely loved this flat! It was perfect for my wife and I with our 17 year old daughter. Fee met us to show us the place when we arrived. It was stocked with fresh fruits, coffee, tea, orange juice, and water. We enjoyed our coffee in the quiet courtyard each morning. The portable air conditioner was nice to cool the flat down at night. An easy 20 minute walk to The Louvre, Orsey, and the Eiffle Tower. 10 minutes to Rodin and Invalides. Close to an express grocery store, cafes, and restaurants. Communication with Denis was excellent with very detailed instructions. The kitchen was nicely equipped and the bathroom was stocked with towels and paper products. When I go back to Paris I will give Denis a call to book. Thank you so much for allowing to stay!

Quiet hideaway
This little chateau in the heart of the 7th arrondissement is a good location for the major sites in Paris. I loved the quiet once you step through the street entrance and head to the back of the courtyard. It is quite small and is probably best suited for one or two people, but we managed to have two adults and one teen for three full days. Fee met us at the apartment to let us in and show us the amenities. She is wonderful. The apartment has a small kitchen with a stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and small dishwasher. There is a portable air conditioning unit that we used a couple of evenings before we closed up the door for the night. There is also a fan upstairs. Both Fee and the owners of the flat have wonderful communication and touched base with us to make sure everything was going well during our stay. The apartment is next door to a small grocery. A few doors down is a pastry shop (Au Bout Du Mond) that invites you in with its early morning aroma of fresh bread. In addition to good coffee and delicious croissants and pain chocolat, they provide sandwiches which are great to take along for a full day of sight seeing. Across the street is a small French neighborhood restaurant (Au Pied de Fouet) that is reasonably priced and so delicious. I highly recommend this place for dinner after a day out sightseeing. It is an easy walk to the Louvre up Rue du Bac--about 25 minutes. The Eiffel Tower is about the same distance in the opposite direction. There is a bus line that runs right in front of the apartment with the stop at the pastry shop. There are also two Metro stations that are about a five minute walk in either direction to get you around town. This apartment provided a compact, yet comfortable stay for our time in Paris.

A perfect stay in Paris
I'm reluctant to review this charming and practical home, as I want to keep it a secret. But that would not be fair to the lovely hosts - Denis and Annegret. The location is superb and we were able to walk everywhere. The home itself has a very functional and well laid-out kitchen, a comfortable seating area, and a spacious bedroom upstairs. Even better is the quiet and private courtyard where we ate breakfast each morning. We have stayed elsewhere in Paris and could not escape the endless street noise. Here, we hear nothing beyond the doves and ourselves. Our hosts were wonderful, checking in and providing information as needed, but also giving us our privacy. Highly recommend this lovely lodging.
