Great Hotel, But Bad Neighborhood
The hotel was great, staff was very attentive. The location could be much much better. The neighborhood is not the best, and there is a stolen goods market that sets up across the street throughout the whole day, and when it is over it leaves the entire area very dirty. For a 4-Star hotel you would think it would be in a much better neighborhood.

The hotel was lovely, and the room was very nice, though a bit small. The surrounding area didnt feel very safe. We had planned to walk to the metro every day, but never felt comfortable walking outside, and ended up having to book rides, which cost us a lot of extra money.

Good hotel, not nice neighborhood
The hotel was very clean and attractive. The rooms were a little small however with no closet. The rooftop bar was so fun!! The surrounding area was not very nice however.

First of all I want to say that I slept on the worst bed ever. Very uncomfortable,cracking noises while turning around,1 pillow.Staff very unfriendly and not serious.Had to ask 3 times for an iron and they kept saying test yes but only got it after I said that I’ll book another hotel for my last 2 days and they left an iron in my room.Very dirty and disgusting neighbourhood…nothing like pictures.No bin bags in the bins especially in the bathroom which is not hygienic at all. I asked for a decent view and I was given a terrible room. No space to put your luggage,no wardrobe…just some crap hangers that cannot be moved.1 small bottle of water for 2 people in the room. Overall I’ll never stay there and don’t recommend the hotel.

The hotel is situated in a strange area with a flea market. I couldn't stay in this hotel because the entrance street was blocked by the the people with used stock and it was a very noisy and dirty area. Terrible experience!

Rooms were good. Carpets were stained but clean. Family room was an adjoining double room which was good as we had two bathrooms. Would stay here again. Metro was a pretty long walk.

The carpets were very badly stained throughout. Unfortunately there was a market on outside for the duration of our stay which meant we did not feel comfortable to walk around the area. Drinks were expensive.

Staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to resolve a travel issue. Hotel rooms were perfect for our requirements. It was just a shame about the immediate area that the hotel was situated. On-street flea markets took place everyday and left the pavements in a mess with unsold goods.

Overall the hotel was nice, the staff were súper friendly and check in was easy. The neighborhood outside did not feel safe, nothing happened and no one did anything so when walking you just have to be careful. Over the hotel was great!
