Gorgeous Resort, Ideal Location in Downtown PC

Gorgeous condo with spectacular view of the ski mountains and close to so many things to do in Park City. Open 315 square feet design with full kitchen, dining area, living area with gas fireplace and queen sofa bed and queen bed and full bathroom. Sit outside on the patio for a beautiful view of mountains in the winter or the summers. Building amenities include: outdoor pool, huge outdoor hot tub. Right outside the condo is a FREE bus stop to take you to the slopes (10 minutes away) or wherever you want to go. Downtown Park City is a mile and half away, full of shops and restaurants. Full New Gym right next to the condo to workout but MUST pay to use it. Front Desk has coupons for skiing and equipment, ask when you arrive to check in. Animals are only allowed if they are emotional/service animals per the HOA.

The condo was exactly as described... super cute and very convenient to downtown Park City. We stayed for two nights and appreciated all the the little extras the space was outfitted with to make our stay comfortable.

Great Spot
Unit is just as pictured. Compact but very efficient. Bed was comfy, kitchen well equipped. The outdoor patio was a nice feature. Access to the shared pool was a bonus. Location was great with free bus service to Main Street. Would recommend!! Cons: unable to fully turn off the fireplace which generates some heat. Not ideal during summer. A/C was adequate and there is also a nice ceiling fan. Also would love to see a few wine glasses!

Cute Place to Stay!
Very clean, easy to check in, and in great location. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the bed. We both thought it was really uncomfortable, but that's a personal preference. We also thought the white caulk around the bottom of the shower was a little junky looking, which detracted from the nice shower appearance.

We had a wonderful time enjoying Park City and it was made possible in large part due to the affordable yet amazing and quaint condo we stayed in. It was easy to book and check in was a breeze! Good for a quick ski trip!
The small studio space worked fine for two people. Might be a little tight for more. The heat is provided by an efficient electric fireplace (kept the room easily heated). Very basic kitchen supplies, but sufficient for a short stay. Convenient to the bus stop, gym, and a few restaurants. Check in instructions gave addresses, but it would have been great to give a building number since when you arrive in the parking lot the map just provides building numbers (e.,g, 1, 2, 3) and not the address number that is posed on the building. Would stay again! Thanks!

Great little get-away
I live in Salt Lake City, about an hour's drive from Park City. I was looking for a place where I could have a quick get-away from the pressures at home. This condo was perfect! Perfectly located, perfectly sized for a single person, and perfectly equipped with everything I needed. I appreciated the cleanliness! Located close to the Park City Rail Trail, so I was able to ride my bike all over the area easily. I plan to rent this property again the next time I need a quick escape.
