The hotel has a new modern feel to it. However, the staff was not welcoming and ever where we turned things seemed to be “out”. No propane for the firepits, no hot water for tea in the evening, complimentary appetizers and breakfasts were not monitored to know when to restock. Additionally we had a dog barking all day and into the evening down the hall from us. When we called we were told “ quiet hours hadn’t begun yet.” Rooms keys were hit or miss for opening exterior doors and access to the pool. They worked on some entries and not on others.

This was our first time staying here and we loved it. It was clean, beautiful and the rooms are very spacious. The only downside to this place is the pool area is small and the parking is horrible. But the building itself and the staff are absolutely amazing! I will definitely recommend this place to others.

The property itself was clean and well-maintained. The check-in process was slow, with only one person at the front desk. The walls are very thin, and our neighbors were noisy. The breakfast was scheduled to go until 10 a.m., we went down at 9:30 and everything was picked over and there was no one replenishing the breakfast items, nor were there any forks. They seemed unprepared and understaffed for a holiday weekend.

The breakfast and evening snack were both very limited and not very good. The on-site restaurant was closed which would have been nice to know beforehand. The staff was nice but didn’t know what they were talking about- the first night I was told there were no cocktails available with takeout, but my last night the manager told me that was incorrect and I could have been getting cocktails the whole time. I did enjoy the takeout pizza. The property was clean. I didn’t get in the pool but it looked nice.

Clean and comfortable. Upstairs guests were a little noisy in the morning but that’s not the hotels fault. We couldn’t get the WiFi to work even with calling the front desk and then tech support, but it wasn’t a huge deal for us.

Nice upscale hotel, pool is tiny
This hotel is upscale, well kept, clean, and has a great breakfast buffet and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again. The room was very clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated. Wifi and parking were free, as well as the superb breakfast. My only complaint was the pool looks huge in the pictures and it's very tiny, so much so that we opted not to swim. Otherwise, great experience!
