Snuggle up on the sofa with a good book and a blanket next to the gas burning fireplace. When you are not exploring the great outdoors, soak in the common area hot tub, swim in the pool or use the sauna at the nearby clubhouse. Tennis and volleyball courts are located on site as well.

Bedroom 3: This guest bedroom is on the lower level and features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The townhome includes a covered carport next to the private entrance and an additional parking space, allowing for parking two cars total.

Location:
This townhome is located just two blocks from the Cabriolet lift and Canyons Village. In the winter, simply put your ski boots on in your own heated-floor boot room and call Canyons Connect. The Canyons Village Connect will pick you up at the front door and whisk you to the Canyons base village. If you want to ski home, ski down the groomed trail between the Grand Summit Hotel and the Orange Bubble lift. Take off your skis and walk across the street to the house. It is also located directly on the route of the free city-wide shuttle bus for easy access to Park City's Historic Main Street and its shops, restaurants, art galleries and entertainment.
