This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath mountain retreat is a perfect location for getting outdoors for hiking, golfing, biking or skiing/boarding. When you are not exploring the great outdoors, soak in your private hot tub, right outside your living room, or grill up your favorite dinner.

Within this 2,200-square-foot residence, family and friends will have all the comforts of a perfect vacation home. The town house sleeps 8 in beds, 9 with sofa bed. (Sofa Sleeper not to exceed 70lbs)

Kitchen: Your fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware and cookware you expect from a luxury residence. There is a grill available, as well. There is a dining table for 8 with additional kitchen bar seating.

Living:
Continue into the open living room, where your family can lounge on the two sofas and catch up on favorite TV shows or movies on the flat-screen television, while enjoying the gas fireplace, which adds warmth and a romantic mood to the room.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom on the second floor has a king-size bed, a private deck, a walk-in closet and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: This guest bedroom on the second floor has a king-size bed, a private deck and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower.
Bedrooms 3 and 4: These guest bedrooms on the second floor have a queen-size bed and access to a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom. There is an additional guest half-bath on the main level for easy access from the kitchen and the living room. Additional twin air mattresses are available upon request.

Parking:
The town home includes a two-car parking garage. However, no need to rent a car, just steps away is the free town shuttle.

Location:
The town home is located on Park Avenue, three blocks from Park City Mountain Resort and six blocks from Main Street. Take the free shuttle or enjoy a leisurely walk. Adjacent to City Park, this property also has easy access to the walking/bike path alongside a babbling creek, a great way to walk to Main Street. In addition, there is a group pavilion, childrens park, tennis and basketball court, skate park and playing fields nearby.
