Good last minute stay
Room was nice but had a few issues. Table was broken in main room, bathroom cabinet bottoms and back of bathroom door had water damage. There was a weird blood stain right by the shower door. Room could use some updating. The one plus was having our own hot tub out on the balcony which was nice. AC had a hard time trying to keep the room cool. Good for a short stay but wouldn’t stay for days in the room.

Planning on coming back!
Fantastic place to stay in the heart of Kimball Junction in Park City. We stayed while my kids played in a soccer tournament in July and it was the perfect location for games at Park City High school and Matt Knoll Park. Lots of places to eat and explore nearby. A 5 minute drive up to the Olympic Freestyle park. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Our room was a little warm when we arrived and I couldn't work the thermostat. Everything was fixed within the hour and they even brought up a separate fan/ac unit to help cool down our room just in case it wasn't working again. Everything was exceptionally clean and my kids loved the pool and I enjoyed the fitness center. We will definitely be staying here again next year!

This is a lovely property and there is nothing better than a private hot tub on your porch! Super clean and spacious suite with fireplace and helpful, friendly staff. It wasn’t clear to me from reading other reviews that the hotel sits right in a mall, surrounded by stores and parking lots, but there are also lovely mountain views from upper floors, including views of the nearby Olympic park and ski jumps. There is a good pizza restaurant downstairs and a good coffee shop right across the street. Plenty of loud late night drinking at the outdoor tables on the plaza below, at least on the Friday night we stayed, but party noise was not audible from the bedroom, which is toward the rear of the unit, away from the porch. Anyone sleeping on the pullout couch might want to bring a white noise machine on weekends, however. Loved the fireplace and the huge bathroom tub and walk in shower! Hot tub lovers will be in heaven.
