While beautifully appointed, the condo also boasts secured wife, cable, a common area hot tub, and a gas fireplace. Come and stay in this mountain retreat!

The location of this beautiful Park City condo can't be beat! Situated on Park City's Free Shuttle Route, and within walking distance to Park City Mountain's Resort Center, getting to all of Park City's main attractions is effortless.

Fully remodeled with gorgeous finishings, and fixtures, Park Place offers a beautiful mountain appeal with a modern twist. Plush and luxurious furnishings also ensure that the condo is as inviting and comfortable as it is aesthetically pleasing.

Each of the three bedrooms is comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Each has a flat screen television and dvd player, and views of Park City Mountain Resort, and The Old Miner's Hospital. The bathrooms are a retreat in themselves. Slate tiling, a jetted tub, raised vessel sinks, custom cabinetry, and granite counter tops, are just some of the incredible features adding to these bathrooms' spa-like appeal.

The living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of snow, sun and fun. There is a gas fireplace featured in the living-room, that is perfect for unwinding with a hot cup of cocoa. In addition, the large flat-screen TV with DVD player ensure effortless entertainment after a long day of Park City exploration.

When you are staying at Park Place, you are in the Heart of Old Town Park City. Near Main Street, and Park City Mountain Resort.

In its mining heyday, over 400 million dollars worth of silver was extracted from the hills surrounding Park City. The silver boom created 23 millionaires, including George Hearst, father of newspaper magnate, William Randolph Hearst.

Sixty-four buildings are listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and surrounding hillsides are still dotted with old mine structure and towers. The Park City Historical Museum & Territorial Jail is a great place to become familiar with the town's racy past and its rise to international resort status up to and after the 2002 Winter Olympics.
Docents lead guided walking tours on weekdays throughout the summer, and for more active history buffs, White Pine Touring offers 3 hour historical bike rides starting at Deer Valley's Silver Lake Lodge. Park City Mountain Resort hosts an historical ski tour in winter, taking visitors past existing mine buildings, tunnel openings, and the renovated Silver King Mine which now houses artist-in-residency space and a new home for Sundance offices.

Today, Old Town is a lively gathering place for locals and tourists alike. Restaurants, galleries and swanky boutiques fill historic buildings that once housed saloons and boarding houses, and a couple of resident ghosts are rumored to inhabit some old buildings now renovated into B&Bs.

Park City is rumored to have more restaurants per capita than any other city. With over 100 restaurants, guests enjoy a sophisticated dining scene and can choose from a variety of cuisines including Thai, French, Italian, Southwestern, Continental, American and Asian Freestyle. Lovely!
We had a wonderful time here, easy access to ski, great hot tub access (right out the back door), easy walk to the main town area and a great shared garage. Also, we had kids and there is a cute sledding area just next to the north park area. Great space and overall excellent experience.

Short walk to PC resort for skiing. Garage parking if you have a car rental which is very nice in the snow. Two non-master bedrooms are pretty small but overall highly recommend. Good value.

Perfect Park City Condo
The condo was so well stocked it made our stay excellent. Check -in was totally hassle free. Also there were a couple of small appliances that needed replacing and dealing with the property management company good not have been better. I would definitely stay there again. Also location is perfect to walk to town or pick up the buss a few feet from the front door. Thanks again for making our vacation wonderful.

Great Family Ski Trip
We stayed here with our three school-aged kids for our first family ski trip. The location to Park City was hard to beat! A quick walk up the hill and you’re in all the action. Layout of the property was great for our family and we loved the hot tub after a long day of skiing.

The condo is clean and well maintained and had everything we could possibly need. Plenty of closet space. The comforters on the bed - well I wanted to take them home they were so snuggy. Would not hesitate to stay here again. The tub and vanity in the master bedroom are not well suited for short people. LOL There is a regular coffee pot and not a Keurig for those going to the grocery store before arriving.

This property was wonderful and we would stay here again in a heartbeat if back in Park City! We stayed here with 3 couples and had the perfect amount of space in the house. The hot tub and sauna were amazing after a long day of skiing, and the location is right on the shuttle stop (or a very short drive to PCMR, Deer Valley, or Main St.). The property manager and owner were both delightful to work with. We absolutely loved our stay here!!

Absolutely amazing!
Stayed here during our first trip to Park City. Previously owned a place in Breckenridge, CO and I could not be more impressed with this place! The unit is well-furnished and comfortably fit my wife and I, our twin daughters, and our parents. The hot tub was used every day and it was wonderful! The sauna was an added plus! I also appreciated how accommodating Rachel was and some of the other units nearby (many of which are full-time residents). They gave us recommendations of places to eat, things to see, and how to navigate rentals for a new location we've never been to before. As far as location, it was one of the best options in the town. It's walkable to the mountain lifts- and it's literally a 1 min drive if you want to park in the lot at the hill. You're also only a few blocks from downtown Park City. Literally everything we needed for the stay was within 4-5 minutes and the underground parking was really nice as well. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and can't say enough great things about the experience!

Perfect Stay in a Great Location!
Our family of 5 stayed at Park Place 4 for 4 nights recently. We couldn't have been more pleased! The condo layout provided lots of space to hang as a family while also providing plenty of privacy when needed. The place was decorated very nicely with lots of attention to detail and had everything in the kitchen you could possibly need to prepare meals. There's a dry sauna downstairs and a large jacuzzi right outside the kitchen door which was wonderful...very hot, which we all loved. The unit was accessible from the garage which was perfect for getting our bags up and providing a place to leave skis and boots at the end of the day. The bus stops right out the front door, which takes you to the ski mountain as well as into town, but we walked as often as we took the bus because the location is close to both. Rachel was quick with communications, and very generously allowed us early access to the garage, which helped tremendously. I highly recommend this place. We will be back .

Perfect location for Sundance - right across the street from the Library theatre and right on the city bus and Sundance bus routes. The house is cozy with a great communal hot tub right outside the kitchen door. The apartment is also within walking distance to the FreshMarket supermarket. Would definitely stay again. The only negative would be the weak WiFi.

Great Location! Perfect Weekend!
This place is very well located, a 5 minute walk to the Park City resort base. The home was cozy, warm, and well-stocked. It was great having a shared garage with the other units in the complex where we stored our boards and boots and rental car. We also had access to the semi-private hot tub right in the backyard. We cooked breakfast every morning and a dinner during our weekend stay here. Highly recommend this place for a group of 8 or less!

Comfortable and convenient
This was a great home base for our Park City activities. We were able to walk to good restaurants and shops. The shuttle to the mountain stops literally out the front door and is the last pickup before dropping skiers at the resort. Nice hot tub, too!
