In the evening we wanted to sit with the fire. A worker came out to turn it on and couldn’t figure it out and told us someone would be out to get it going. We waiting a long time and he came back once and then ignored us. Other people wanted the fires on as well. Also would be nice to have shade outside. It would be nice to sit and relax in the day but with no shade it wasn’t as relaxing when it was really hot out

Super convenient to lifts as well as shuttle system to get into town. very clean room like brand new ! Bed very comfortable Front desk receptionists were all polite friendly helpful!!!

We really like having a full kitchen that close from the slope and a newer place. The only little issue is the lack of hotel services such as ski valet or breakfast. You will have to climb a few stairs with your ski to access the slopes, and that was a bit challenging with kids.
