Luxury Beach House With Ocean View, 3 Minute Walk To Beach

Overlooking Cousin’s Shore Beach, is this 4 bedroom (plus a bunkee) luxury beach house with air conditioning. 7 Wall Ave is situated in one of Prince Edward Island’s most sought after areas, Park Corner, which is known for its amazing sandy beaches with red cliffs, quiet beach communities, and close proximity to the famous town of Cavendish.

The main floor features a large family room with floor to ceiling windows to enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean. The kitchen was just renovated to have luxury appliances and finishes. It has all cooking utensils needed to make meals at home, plus salt, pepper, oil, and basic spices.

The beach house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus there is a bunk house which gives an additional 5th bedroom and half bathroom. The main floor primary suite has a king size bed and an ensuite with a shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have queen beds, and bedroom 4 has a bunk bed + a twin bed. There is a main floor bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a upstairs bathroom with a shower.

Outside, there is a fire pit that overlooks the ocean, large deck with outdoor furniture and a bbq.

Great Beach Holiday!
We loved our stay at Park Corner, it's a really friendly little community. The house had everything you could ever need. It was particularly nice to have different spaces to sit as we could all spread out either to be sociable or to have private quiet time. The views are just lovely and it's so nice to just wander down the garden and along to the beach. At low tide you can wander for a little walk to the cliffs at either end. We were able to swim on a calm day which was just bliss! The night skies are wonderful. I'd love to stay again. Thank you.

Very comfortable home for a large, multi-generational family. Perfect PEI location on a ‘locals beach’ but a quick drive to Cavendish and Kensington and all the PEI tourist traps. Good main floor suite for aging parents with mobility issues. Overall very comfortable cottage, well-appointed kitchen and very responsive property management. We had a small issue with the coffee maker and bbq and both were replaced in 24 hours flat. 10/10.

Perfect location
We just finished a full week at Cousin’s Beach and had a wonderful stay. The location is beyond perfect and the cottage was lovely. There was lots of room for everyone and the kitchen was incredible. The listing was advertised as “luxury cottage”and we did not fully agree with that. Many things in the cottage are old and getting a bit run down. In particular, the barbecue (almost unusable) and the beach chairs (very old and in poor condition). The beds are very hard and the bedding old, especially in the kids’ room. Our only other complaint was that there was no large coffee maker. The one that was there was small. If you are a coffee drinker, it will not suffice. These things did not damper our holiday too much, however I do think they are worth noting as this listing is on the higher price point and would be expected when paying top dollar. Overall, we loved the views and the location. The beach was fabulous!

This is an amazing cottage for an extended family PEI experience. Beautiful cottage with a wonderful location. Lots of room both inside and out for all. Stunning views of the ocean and rolling hills from every spot on the property. The only suggestion is to up the comfort in the mattresses. All the beds were very firm and to be honest had us all grumbling in the morning.

June PEI Trip
We stayed at this property for a week in the middle of June and loved it! The views from the house and deck are spectacular, the house is well-equipped and we were able to make and enjoy several seafood dinners without missing any kitchen utensils, cookware, etc. The internet didn't work for the duration of our stay even with property managers troubleshooting, so we spent our time reading, playing games, visiting Cavendish or walking around Cousin's Beach (so it wasn't overly missed). The property manager was quick to respond to any questions or issues that arose which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a beachside vacation on Prince Edward Island!

Highly recommend this location!
We cannot say enough about the views, and location of this cottage! We truly feel this was the most central spot for all our travels around the island AND the beach was a 3 minute walk. The back deck and windows looking over the water truly provided exceptional views! The cottage is clean and fairly well maintained. Outdoor shower was awesome to have after beach and compact washer and dryer. Beautiful kitchen and living area and bathrooms….well thought out cottage. Exactly as pictures show, although bunkie was a bit deceiving in pictures. It’s totally separate from cottage, but has its own washroom. No king bed as posted all beds were queens which was fine. Satellite dish not working. We did speak with property manager although issue wasn’t resolved while we were there. Sandbox outside was fun for the kids. All in all we give this stay a 10/10! We highly recommend this cottage for family’s coming together! It’s well thought out, incredible views and location. Just a few minor details!

Perfect place for adults and children. Beautiful view. Great access to a kid friendly beach. Had a portable crib. Very close to Kensington where The Island pub and P&B Corner Cafe are located. Both has wonderful people and service and delicious food
