**This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
**Any items left at the home can be shipped, but we require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
**While our property doesn't have child safety features, we do allow parents to bring their children as long as you are aware do not meet the requirements of child safety.
NOTE: We are right along route 30 so if noise is a problem for you, this might not be the place for your vacation. We lived here for several months and traffic dies down a lot at night. Plus with our provided sound maker traffic is drowned out almost completely.
A favorite coffee place of ours is a small drive-thru coffee shop called "ReRe's" that is located 6 minutes from us and has great coffee, smoothies, etc. There's also a beautiful park nearby that you can go fishing and hiking at. We are located right along Route 30 in Parkesburg which is only 5 minutes from Walmart, Chili's, McDonald's, Dunkin Donuts, Dollar Tree, Wawa & so much more. This location is perfect because no matter where you want to go in Lancaster county Route 30 will most likely take you there.
