Terrible Experience
The property was changed on us without notice. The unit they gave us was up two flights of steps. I purposely chose a ground floor unit as I'm disabled and cannot climb step. Upon entering the property, there was only 1 working fan for the entire unit. It was over 90 degrees in the unit. Again, I am disabled and cannot handle that kind of heat. I informed the property manager and they did not offer to bring additional fans or move us. We ended up having to move to a hotel at great expense. We didn't stay in the unit.
Stayed 5 nights in Jul 2023
