Ioanna was the most sensational host EVER. She was kind, knowledgeable and most hospitable. The hotel is nice but it was Ioanna that made ALL the difference.

Beautiful view and great location. Outside of that - not hot water on arrival which was fixed in an hour, air conditioning did not work both nights, our floor was stinking though the room did not smell. People at front desk were amazing though and willing to help.

Great modern property 10min walk from the main port. Lots of restaurants around the area and easy walk to the little streets of Paros. Pool area was useful to have on relaxing days. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely sea view room with a stunning sunset view. Access to the roof area too for an even bigger panoramic view of the bay. Would recommend and stay again

The front desk staff were super nice. I really wanted to like this hotel as I'm a huge fan of boutique hotels. They tried to keep the decor and amenities very trendy. The surroundings/neighbourhood was nice (and parking is good too) - super safe. But... the room and the smell was really bad. The room was small, good enough for sleeping in for a few nights as I was out majority of the team but the smell was bad. Smelled like the toilet/poop down the hallways and even in the bedroom (I guess it comes from the drains as well?)... then there's a smell of the cleaner/air freshener trying to mask the smell is really nauseating. Would I stay at this hotel again - probably not. But in a bind - possibly, if the smell issue was fixed.

Nous avons été bien accueillis par les gens du personnel, ils étaient chaleureux et disponibles pour répondre à nos questions. Par contre, le Play Paros ressemblait plus à une résidence étudiante qu’à un hotel. Nous entendions du bruit aux petites heures du matin, les alarmes de cadrans des autres résidents ainsi que les allers et venus très bruyants du personnel d’entretien. L’un d’eux est même entré dans notre chambre avant notre réveil. La chambre d’hotel était fonctionnelle, plutôt propre, à l’exception du plancher, mais pas confortable comme il est attendu lorsqu’on est en vacances dans un tel établissement. Le wifi était très lent et mêne non fonctionnel pendant un moment. Finalement, il est parfois très long de trouver un stationnement le soir.

Play Paros is an updated property directly across from the beach. The room was on the smaller side but was exactly what we needed for the 1 night we were there - super clean and updated. The staff were the nicest and helped us with early check in (which was so appreciated!). The property also has a cute pool if you’d rather hang out there instead of the beach. Would definitely recommend this hotel!!

I had a decent stay at Play Paros but be warned the picture are deceiving. The hotel isn’t as clean as it looks. There were small ants in my bathroom and the shower needed a good scrub. For a hotel that is newly renovated it still felt like it needs work. The staff were great and very helpful when asking to arrange for taxi and were always quick to respond to any questions on WhatsApp. I did enjoy my stay here as it is in a great area of town and close to nice beaches and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and I loved that I could watch Netflix in my room at the end of a long day.

Hotel was beautiful, and staff was really nice. The location was perfect, a pretty easy walk from the port and across from a beach. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby too. Definitely recommend if you’re staying in Paros

Loved how the hotel was newly refurbished, with comfortable beds. Great location by the main port in Paros and five or so minutes walk to Parakia. Bright and modern design was refreshing. However the downside was the constant smell in the hotel - wasn’t sure if it was sewage or water from the beach affecting the hotel - it smelled really bad in the corridors and you could still have a faint whiff of it in the rooms with the AC. The hotel definitely needs to sort this out.

Lovely hotel and staff
The hotel, staff and facilities are amazing. The room was super comfortable, and the hotel was in a great place. The staff were lovely and helpful too. The only downside is that the rooms are noisy. You can hear everything from the hallway, street and other rooms. The hotel does have a no noise rule after 10pm but unfortunately not everyone abides by this! Just bring your earplugs and you will be fine.
