This villa sleeps 7 comfortably with 3-bedrooms. With a king bed, queen bed, and 3 twin beds, you will find comfort and relaxation in this serene retreat. The 1.5 car garage can be used for parking and storage and the driveway can accommodate an additional 2 cars. North River Ranch is a new community conveniently located to get you to several of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. If you want to take a break from hitting the beaches, not to worry, this community is loaded with a rich variety of amenities. You have 2 different resort-style pools to choose from, 22 miles of biking and hiking trails, fitness and recreation centers, clubhouse, dog park and playground. There is an activities coordinator who organizes social events. There is a Publix supermarket located 1 mile from the property.
