Staff was friendly and accommodating. There’s no elevators so that wasn’t good but it was clean and up to date! Breakfast was waffles so that’s good!! Check in and out via phone saved time.. the soap dispensers didn’t work in the room but overall good stsy

I made a reservation online through expedia, and I provided my phone number and my credit card over the phone and I even asked the person ( who never gave me the name) to send him a picture from my credit card for the security depost or just to use the same credit card that I already paid and he refused leaving my friend to wait there. Terrible!!!

We had roaches in our room in multiple locations. Our room was damp and the carpet was wet in areas around a broken refrigerator causing a pungent smell in the room.

Not worth the cost
To begin with the hotel images on the website do not show the current state of cleanliness or maintenance. They are doing construction of some sort in the lobby and other areas; and the hotel itself is old and dilapidated. There was screaming and doors banging all night long and the bed linen and pillows are old- the room ac is so close to the bed that you either freeze or sweat- never again!!!

Not clean spiderwebs all near food where breakfast and in the room and floor so dirty dropped something picked it up full of hair no soap no cream in dispensers the ceiling was dirty in room the curtains The beds smelt like humidity the hallways wreaked of cigarette and marijuanna which seeped in the room the hallways full of carpet no elevator all utility room doors opened and disgusting. No pool barely any food for breakfast Would not recommend was there for one night less then 24 hours. Everything looks like it’s fallling apart feels like a motel more than A hotel. The price does not match what you get. I wanted a partial refund or an accommodation we got there 11:00pm and it was loud in the hallway we had to bring everything up the greasy stairs stroller luggage kids Would not go back.

Decent stay; worth the money.
Stayed one night on our way to head back home from Newark Airport. Room and bathroom size are big and ample of space. Beds were decent as well. Overall rooms were clean and good. It’s under construction so lot of labors living in the rooms as well. Outside was not clean but we can ignore that as it’s still under construction. Their continental breakfast was also decent, not lot of options but enough to start your day.
