room was clean and in good condition. Area was ok. My only real complaint was that I left a jacket, and a couple of other personal items. I called the hotel in the late afternoon, the same day of check-out, to see if they had my items. They said they didn't have them, which means the staff either kept them, threw them out or lost them. Yes, it was my fault for leaving my things but I would hope the hotel would hold my items for at least a day.

Upon arrival, the desk clerk did not have any sort of personality or smile, which made me feel like he didn't want me there. The other party in my group tried to walk in the office door by mistake, and he just literally pushed him out the door with no reply. It was really kind of awkward. Just want a little smile. Nada!

Cielo House is a great option if you are looking for a clean, updated, well-maintained place to stay in Paso Robles. There's nothing fancy about it and the shower stall is small but servicable. The beds are comfortable and there are power outlets with USB ports conveniently placed around the room. It's a great value for the price!

Small but perfect.
This hotel is a nice perfect little hotel that I stayed at before. It is clean, the bed is sooo comfortable. I will stay again. The price is not bad at all. This has become my go to place to stay when I’m in town for a concert.

We arrived and were upgraded to a king from a queen, without asking. The room was very clean and it was quiet. The bed was comfy and they have Netflix if you have an account. You can also screenshare to the TV. We wanted to watch MLB, so we did a screenshare from our phone. The only downside was my husband saw a roach in the night when he went to the bathroom. I let the manager know and he said he would be taking care of that. It seemed clean otherwise, so I assume it came from the neighborhood. It was located near restaurants, fast food and convenience stores as well as the freeway. It's a 2 star motel because it's older (remodeled) and no bells and whistles. The pool looked nice and clean, the bed sheets looked very clean, the property has been cared for. It does have a fridge and microwave as well as a coffee maker. It's a great budget motel.

We enjoyed our stay in Paso Robles. The motel design was one level which we liked. Looks recently remodeled and the beds were extremely comfortable.
