Clean and fresh contemporary home
With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, this two-story remodeled home offers a good amount of space for three people or couples. The property is close to town but on a quiet street. It’s great having a garage that allows direct access to the house. The decor is light, bright and cheerful in tones of white and pale gray. The kitchen is fully equipped and smartly offers wine bottle openers and sealers to accommodate the many shopping and tasting excursions nearby. The home also offers a washer and dryer. The property managers have been lovely to work with as well. If your group isn’t comfortable with stairs, know that the home is 3 levels: stairs from garage to main floor with another set up to the top floor bedrooms.

Water leak
There is a huge waterleak with the irrigation system on the West side of the house and the water is seeping underneath the garage area and it already has mildew smell really bad. The water shoots up ten feet in the air when the irrigation comes on. Also, the toilet upstairs sometimes runs and runs unless you shake the handle.

Our family (4 adults) enjoyed the convenient lay out and location of this property. The checkin and checkout processes were smooth. Our only feedback for improvement is that the water pressure in the showers was quite low.

Perfect place for a visit to Paso Robles.
This was the perfect place for a few guys on a golf trip. Indoor and outdoor areas are wonderful. Home was clean and comfortable, with everything you need.

Cozy property in a great location to wineries and downtown Paso
We were attending a wedding in Paso, and wanted a place where we could hang out with friends while there, and be close to downtown Paso and the wedding venue. This ended up being a perfect location. The house had a cozy feel, was very clean, and had everything we needed. Checkin was super easy, as was checkout. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall great trip, great home, ( feels like home) easy to find, and close to our wineries. House was clean, no real issues, plenty of towels and linens, iron, coffee pot ( Keurig and coffee pot) avl. Appliances were clean however we didn’t use. Overall very nice. I did report the kick key was challenging to open and they responded immediately with a maintenance request! Love that. Garage avl for parking too. We parked in driveway however it was nice to see the option to use the garage. Thanks for a great visit. Will try and stay again.

Overall, the house made for a comfy stay for 3 adults and 1 child. Good location walkable to town in a quiet neighborhood. Amenities of the house were as advertised, with comfortable beds and good bathroom setups. The house felt more tired/rundown than we expected based on the listing.

Nice house and convenient location
This is a nice property in a good location with easy access to downtown and freeways. The check in / out process was so easy too. A rare bonus was the ability to park our car inside the garage which was very convenient too. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the bath towels. It would be an inexpensive upgrade that would improve the overall experience.

Great place, a couple minor downsides
Nice property - fairly comfy beds, nice living room, enough space for our group and the kids loved running laps around the back door and around to the front. Kitchen was fairly well equipped, in line with other rentals of this type. Two issues for us: 1) The grill on the back patio is ridiculously tiny. So tiny I didn't even know they made them that small. We tried to cook two racks of ribs and even on the lowest possible heat the bottoms were charred beyond recognition. Barely enough room for 4 steaks. 2) The shutters in the master bedroom let in so much light that we could not sleep much past sunrise. Not a problem in the middle of winter, but this time of year it's a major hassle.

Girls weekend
Thank you for the stay in your lovely home. It was perfect for a few girlfriends. Very close to downtown, we even walked one night when we could not get an uber. Close to all wineries. Lots of outside space as well. Can't wait to come back!
