Pass-a-Grille beach resort & accommodations

We stayed in room 318, for 4 or $500 a night you expect the room to be in near perfect condition. The details count the shower plumbing was broken and clearly had been poorly repaired ,,,was coming out of the wall. The only reading lamp did not work. The carpet itself was clearly stained ,,,other minor issues in the room that should’ve been repaired.

I chose this hotel for dome much needed respite. The staf was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. I love that they are bringing back pre-covid amenities like daily room refreshing and room service! It was the best hotel experience I've had in a long time. I highly recommend this property!

The room was clean, nice and very comfortable. The staff was wonderful. Its obvious the place is still recovering from TWO hurricanes that hit the area last fall but they are getting things back to normal. Will definitely go back
