Our apartment offers modern comfort and style close to the Passau city centre and the Passau Clinic. The University of Passau is directly opposite. Ideal for students, couples or single travellers looking for private accommodation.

The tastefully furnished studio has a comfortable double bed, a Smart TV for streaming your favourite shows and movies, a dining or work area and, of course, WLAN. The cosy balcony invites you to relax after an eventful day. In the well-equipped kitchenette you can prepare your own meals or enjoy a fresh coffee in the morning. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and towels.

If you prefer not to cook, there is a good Greek restaurant in the same building with delicious dishes at reasonable prices.

The main railway station in Passau is approx. 1,7 km away. The city centre is a 15 minute walk away. Or take a nice walk along the river Inn, which is only 300m away. The Klinikum Passau is 450m away. There is a bus stop right in front of the house.

Nettes kleines Appartement
Das Appartement von Maximilian entspricht exakt der Beschreibung/den Fotos. Wir haben für insgesamt 4 Nächte eingecheckt - es lief alles problemlos und die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Maximilian hat ein ausgeklügeltes System, was ein Check-In ohne Schlüssel ermöglicht. Den kleinen Balkon konnten wir aufgrund des tollen Wetters gut nutzen und auch der große Standventilator war hilfreich. Wir haben lediglich gefrühstückt, aber die kleine Küche hatte alles, was man auch fürs kochen benötigt.
