This elegant private house is 15 minutes walking distance from the beach. It offers a quiet place for a relaxing Puerto Rican vacation paradise in an authentic beachside community near Patillas, Puerto Rico. It is ideal for a family who wishes to spend a pleasant stay in complete tranquility, far from the madness of hotels.

It is located across the street from the ocean, a 15-minute walk to the beach, and a local authentic Puerto Rican restaurant. The house is on the island's southeast side, a true Caribbean Sea getaway paradise, located right on Playa Esmeralda (Emerald Beach), a quiet beach on the Caribbean coast. It is 1.30 to 2 hours from San Juan Luis Munoz Marin Airport.

Casa Tropical is a large, comfortable, affordable second-story vacation rental home with three bedrooms with A/C, two bathrooms on the main floor, and an extra full bathroom downstairs. It is fully equipped with full-size appliances, a living room, and a primary bedroom seating area. It also provides a completely fenced-in beautiful private pool. NOTE: ONLY the bedrooms have Air conditioning units.

The house is a 20-minute drive from El Malecon de Patillas (Beach), where you can enjoy jet skiing, paddleboarding, live music, food, and drinks. It is excellent for nightlife, sunrise, and sunset. Experience the Caribbean lifestyle!!


***Important Notes:
1. Because Puerto Rico is a small island, you can get around by car to just about any destination within 1 to 2 hours. Patillas is on the island's southeastern tip, surrounded by Caribbean beaches. It is a small community with authentic local Puerto Rican charm and a true island feel, with clean, beautiful beaches and mountain scenery.
2. Because we provided a pool, we require our guests to review our Short-Rental Agreement Contract: Adult guests must agree to our short-term rental agreement. *** Please review the Short-Term Contract Agreement *** By completing the reservation, the guest AGREES and ACCEPTS all rules and regulations as stipulated in the Short-Rental Agreement document.

* Please note the following: Limited quantities of basic items such as toilet paper, dish soap, and shampoo will be provided for the first three days of your reservation. Unfortunately, we do not provide laundry soap. However, there is a store close by where you can purchase any additional items you may need. Additionally, there is a Walmart store on the way to the house if you need to stock up on supplies.

Guardarraya Beach in Patillas is located just alongside panoramic road #3. It is a beach frequented by families, who park between their palms to enjoy barbecues, the sun, and the beach. It is particularly interesting because its coast combines sand and river rock.

Inches Beach in Patillas is located just alongside road #3. Surfers frequent it for almost all of the year. It has waves that are perfect for practicing the sport. It is a unique beach because it does not have sand; its surface is of river rock.
