Overall a good stay, and only 3 easy blocks walk to beach road and Walking St. Immediate area around hotel is old, run down and very limited dining options. Rooms have thin walls and you can hear very loudly any time rooms next door or above use their bathroom. Plumbing is extremely loud. Could hear people in other rooms talking, their TVs sound, and pretty much everything else. Pool area needs a lot more lounge chairs as they are taken by 10 am and very limited despite plenty of room around the pool for more loungers. Gym/Fitness room is a joke. Flooring all torn up and really crappy old equipment. Useless gym. Nice big lobby with plenty of couches if you need to wait around.

Don’t stay hear
The hotel room was very smelly and had very old uncomfortable mattress . Very hard to communicate with hotel staff as no English speaking . Very basic breakfast and power was off to room for 1/2 the night with no A/C . Hotel seems to cater for large groups of cheap Asian tours .

Hotel is nice and luks as pics shown in website. Rooms are clean and well maintained, hot water is present no issues, location wise it is nearer to walking street. Coming to morning buffet(breakfast) for indians it is difficult coz most of the items suits for Chinese. And no security deposit is taken by this hotel. Early check in will charge extra. Overall experience is nice. Budget hotel.
