Came into town for a few days to visit the Pioneer Woman's ranch and explore the area. House was conveniently located and very clean with comfortable beds. Great communication with property manager. Would recommend and would stay again!

Nice little 3 bedroom house that was perfect for the 2 of us. Clean and convenient to downtown. Host was very easy to contact and easy sign-in procedures. I recommend for anyone staying in Pawhuska!!

Great stay in Pawhuska
The property was, for the most part, clean. The only issue we had was some hair on the couch. We didn't spend much time in the living room, though, so it was not a big deal. The entire home is dated, but was still very comfortable. The A/C worked great and the kitchen was well appointed, with almost everything we needed for our cooking. The owner seems nice. The area is an older established neighborhood and some of the homes are very nice while others are not so nice. We never felt unsafe and the entire visit was very quiet. The listing should mention the porch swing! We loved that. Thanks to the owner for allowing us to borrow his home. We had a wonderful weekend.

This was a great stay! The house is spacious and wonderful! My parents and I agreed that the beds were all too soft for us. Besides the bed, the living room furniture was very worn and not very comfy. That being said, we would still definitely stay here again!
