Stunning Executive Cottage on Lake Koronis

Spectacular 5700' home on beautiful Lake Koronis! Lake Koronis is a 3000 acre lake and one of the southern most glacial lakes in Minnesota. With maximum depths of 130 feet this lake is well known for its incredible fishing and recreation in both winter and summer. Upon entering the home you will be captivated by the panoramic water views, its cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. The south facing main floor great room provides a sun-filled, mood lifting environment. The large informal kitchen with serving bar and dining area is designed with entertaining in mind. spacious dining table seats eight, and adjoining sun-room provides additional dining for eight. Sun-room windows open to great room for delightful cross breezes. LL family room includes bar, ping pong and features custom sectional in front of the fireplace which folds out to comfortable Queen sleeper. Two master suites plus an additional double suite; all have en-suite bathrooms. Master suites have water closets. Fifth bedroom has lovely views of lake and adjoining bath. All baths have walk in showers. Additional amenities include paved brick patio and outdoor living room/ dining, built in fire-pit, work out room, bar and level approach to lake for swimming and boating. Fishing is excellent right off the dock, 3 to 4 pound Walleyes caught here aren’t rare! ALSO: Northern Pike, Small and Large Mouth Bass, Crappies, Sunfish, and Tullibee! Bike trail surrounds lake. Lake also features three islands; one of which is open to public and has three campgrounds. Public golf course within minutes.

Perfect place for a relaxing get away
This is our second year staying at this property and it was as wonderful as the first time. The home is beautiful and so comfortable! I love that every bedroom has its own bath. The outdoor areas are great for getting back to nature and we loved sitting around the fire in the fire pit after dark. Highly recommend!

Great group setting
It was a great weekend with a group of friends and family. We utilized the yard with some bocce ball, it's a great yard for that or other yard games! Would highly recommend bringing or renting a boat, the lake is great to be out on! The house itself fit us all very comfortable with a place to sleep for all 12 adults and plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen area with a view outside is amazing!

Property is everything the listing shows and more. Absolutely stunning home with all the amenities! View of Lake Koronis is beautiful. We wanted a quiet friend/family vacation and we had exactly that. Good fishing right off the dock, but we did rent a pontoon for the week as well. Can't say enough good things about the owners who greeted us when we checked in. Would definitely recommend and would book again. Thanks for the memories!

We couldn’t find a place to stay for a baseball tourney. THANKFULLY we found (what we called) The White House. The team split up between two properties on the lake to sleep but the White House was the headquarters and was PERFECT! the rooms are huge, the house is beautiful and the lake property absolutely amazing! 100% - Memories were made for these families!

We stayed her for my grandmas 90th brothday. There was plenty of room for everyone, it was clean and quiet. The place was perfect! Brett was so easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The only small thing is that there was a shortage on bath towels and some of had to share. Other than thay, everythong was perfect.

Beautiful immaculate large lake home! Our adult children especially appreciated that all the bedrooms have their own private bath. Everything about this property makes for an excellent family vacation at the lake! We enjoyed using the lake toys. There are two full sized fridges and a dorm sized fridge downstairs in the bar area. The bar area also has an ice maker. So plenty of fridge space for a large family. A nice start to our day was having coffee on the balcony off of the upper master bedroom which overlooks the lake.

Perfect vacation spot for a relaxing family gathering!
Our family spent two glorious weeks at this fabulous home on Lake Koronis MN. The property is lovely, the views of the lake are incredible and the amenities (gas grill, fire-pit, deck/patios, water gear, etc.) provided us with everything we could possibly need. This was the most enjoyable and restorative vacation ever! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
