Lovely area. We had only one night as we were spending Thanksgiving with family in Chirstopher Creek. The room was lovely and when we asked for paper plates to heat some leftovers in the microwave, they brought us a basket with full dining service of plates, bowls, saucers, dish soap and towels. Very nice!

This hotel is 17 miles from town and the restaurant wasn’t open on two of our days. Wish we would have known that. Had breakfast on our last day and it was very good.

Everything was great except our coffee maker wasn't working properly, so we'd have to go to the lobby anytime we needed tea or coffee. But the view was amazing and we really enjoyed going to the creek to relax. I also appreciated that they allowed us to check in a little early when I was having a medical episode that my service dog also kept alerting me to.

Always amazing to stay here and to see Jenn when we arrive. So friendly and helpful. We also can’t go without seeing Shay at the bar and restaurant. Food is amazing and they always have great specials. The pot roast soup is outstanding!!!

You would expect that a Mountain Lodge with a huge stone fireplace plenty of firewood stacked on the mantle would have a fire going. But even when I asked about getting a fire started it never happened very disappointing
